The objective of the Project is development and the practical implementation of the model of succession coaching – support for succession processes in family businesses. The proposed solution is to combine elements of succession management and transfer of entrepreneurial competences from generation to generation with the issues of maintaining the durability of a family business. As part of the solution, a system of coaching intervention will be created that supports both the moment of initiating succession processes (researching the ability to succession), their preparation (considering options and capabilities), planning and implementation / implementation (aspects of time, decision making, communication, relations in the family and the company, handing over the company).
