In this research, it will be a reexamined work and life satisfaction, as well as mental health and caring for others, to identify factors that emerged when pastoral and other employees in churches proof the roles and goals of their religious and spiritual resources. Traditionally, spirituality/religiosity are associated in daily life to work and life satisfaction, as well as to gain leadership effectiveness. There has also been considerable antagonism in these fields – some of the pastoral staff experiences disengagement and spiritual dryness. The question is, if problems of stress, burnout and work holism in pastoral work can or not be solved through spirituality with a beneficial consequence for the well-being of pastoral employees.
