Sustainable Social Work Methods and Strategies in India and Germany: A Comparative Study

Projektbeschreibung

In the arena of project working method, primarily both sides would mutually agree as mentioned in the objectives to explore at the depth level the existing social work methods, strategies and practices. Having thoroughly explored the approaches, efforts would go in discovering and understanding the various fields, changing scenarios and emerging challenges pertaining to social work. Moreover an analysis would bring out the adequate solutions specific to different context. Further an exploration would be undertaken to ascertain the effectiveness of social work methods in different groups and communities.

Apart from highlighting the importance of people participation in the social approaches, it would also derive at sustainable models. The project based exposure program would lead to increased awareness, experiential knowledge, cognitive and comparative abilities of budding social scientists. Moreover it would equip them to evolve viable strategies to address the issues both at the micro and the macro levels. At the last phase, the project partners would evaluate the contemporary social work methods and practices. It would as envisaged lead to the emergence of an integrated-practical-field oriented approach that could be used in different cultural settings and contexts.
